This week Pastor Paul talks about footing. When your heart and mind are under attack we must place God's promises and truth in our mind to guard ourselves because if we lose our peace then we lose our footing. That moves you from the position of authority that God has placed you in.
 
 

This week Pastor Paul talks about the breastplate of righteousness and how God has given you a mission using the gifts and talents God has given you to help advance the kingdom of God. But we must understand the position we are in. The breastplate of righteousness is a guard to our heart and mind knowing who God is.

Scripture tells us that he who endures to the end will be saved. There is a moment when we come and surrender our lives to God, but it is a daily process and everyday we're giving our life to God. We're choosing to surrender our will, our dreams, our passions, and desires so that we may walk in obedience with God. Part of that process is in the mind. Pastor Paul walks us through that referencing Ephesians chapter 6.

The angels sang to the shepherds "Glory to God in the highest, peace on earth, and goodwill towards men."  Peace on earth and goodwill towards men can only come when we give glory to God first.

The larger the vision and calling of God upon your life, the more foolish it may seem to you and others around you.  However, God has chosen the foolish things to confound the wise.

Jesus told someone who he had just healed in Matthew 8:4 "Your cleansed and grateful life, not your words, will bear witness to what I have done". 

James 1:2 My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, 3 knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. 4 But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.

What does it mean to be a true Christ follower?  Listen and be inspired to follow Christ closer than ever before!

This week we looked at Noah as an example of how to stand out in a culture that has gone bad. 

This week was Ressurection Sunday where we talked and celebrated our risen Savior Jesus.
